Sue Cea has spent nearly a dozen years developing data-driven insights for Citi, Verizon, and Johnson & Johnson. Currently she is the global director of digital analytics for employee communication and engagement at Johnson & Johnson. Her previous areas of focus have included CRM, segmentation strategy, AI-driven personalization, and customer loyalty and rewards.

In a past life Sue worked in publishing, and she edited or wrote everywhere from Maxim and the New York Post to Woman’s Day and Scholastic. Sue holds a BS in Magazine Journalism from Syracuse University’s Newhouse School of Public Communications and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from New York University’s Stern School of Business. She still holds a soft spot for anything concerning personal finance, particularly around maximizing employer benefits, and she has regularly spoken on these topics at Rutgers University for the past eight years.
